The two 10 TPH options differ in build: the ₹8 lakh plant is a basic jaw-and-screen unit, while the ₹18 lakh plant is a complete wheel-mounted mobile plant that accepts feed up to 400 mm. Configuration depends on rock type, feed size and product sizes.

Who buys a mini crusher plant

Mini plants suit buyers who need modest tonnage without the cost of a fixed quarry plant:

• Small quarry owners starting out, or adding a second product line.
• Road, building and farm contractors who crush stone near the work site instead of hauling aggregate.
• Brick, block and paver units that want their own chips and dust.

How a 2–10 TPH plant works

Stone is fed by hand, loader or a small feeder into the jaw crusher. The crushed stone drops onto a vibrating screen that separates saleable sizes; oversize can be returned to the jaw. Small belt conveyors (₹28,000 per metre + GST) carry the product to stockpiles. Because the 2 and 5 TPH units are built as mobile units and the 10 TPH unit is wheel mounted, you can move the plant between sites as work changes.

Choosing between 2, 5 and 10 TPH

Start from the tonnage you can actually sell per day and the hours you plan to run. A 2 TPH plant running an 8-hour shift produces around 16 tonnes of crushed stone a day; a 10 TPH plant running the same shift produces around 80 tonnes. What the price includes

Published prices are ex-works Hyderabad and exclude 18% GST. Freight to your site is quoted in writing, and installation and commissioning are charged separately. Dispatch is 6–30 days from order, and you may inspect the plant at our works before it leaves. Warranty is 6–12 months by product, excluding wear parts such as jaw plates and screen mesh, which we stock as spare parts.
