Returns & Warranty Policy

1. No returns, exchanges or refunds after dispatch

All machines and plants supplied by SREW Projects (S.R.Engineering Works) are fabricated to order to the specification agreed with each customer. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please check the specification, quotation and proforma invoice carefully before confirming your order.

2. Warranty against manufacturing defects

Every new machine supplied by SREW Projects carries a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is 6 to 12 months, depending on the product. The exact warranty period for your machine is stated in your quotation and invoice.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part or machine, at our option, free of charge.

3. What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear parts such as jaw plates, mantles, concaves, blow bars, hammers, screen meshes, belts, liners and bearings worn through normal use.
• Damage caused by overloading, uncrushable material in the feed, incorrect installation or operation, inadequate maintenance, or not following our operating instructions.
• Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than SREW Projects without our written approval.
• Bought-out items such as motors, gearboxes and electrical components, which carry their original manufacturer's warranty. We will help you make a claim with the manufacturer.
• Damage in transit after dispatch where transport is arranged by the buyer.

4. How to make a warranty claim

1. Call or WhatsApp +91 8790759460, or email srenggworks2016@gmail.com, with your invoice number, the machine details and photos or a video of the defect.
2. We will review your claim and, if needed, inspect the machine on site or at our works.
3. Once the defect is confirmed, we will repair the machine or supply a replacement part as quickly as possible.

5. Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before fabrication starts. Any advance already used for materials or work carried out may be adjusted against the costs actually incurred, as agreed in writing in the quotation.
