Shipping Policy

This policy applies to machines and plants supplied by SREW Projects (S.R.Engineering Works).

1. Where we deliver

We supply machines and plants within India.

2. Prices

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are ex-works Hyderabad. Each price is shown both before GST and including 18% GST. Packing, loading, freight, transit insurance, unloading, installation and commissioning are not included unless stated in your quotation.

3. Freight

Freight charges depend on the size and weight of the machine and the delivery location. We give you a written freight quotation for your confirmation before dispatch. You may also arrange your own transport and collect the machine from our works.

4. Dispatch time

Machines are fabricated to order. Dispatch is usually 6 to 30 days from order confirmation, depending on the order. The expected dispatch date is stated in your order confirmation. Transit time depends on the distance to the delivery location.

5. Inspection and transit damage

Every machine is inspected before dispatch, and you are welcome to inspect it at our works before it leaves. Please check the consignment on arrival, note any transit damage on the delivery receipt, and inform us with photos as soon as possible.

6. Installation and commissioning

On-site installation and commissioning are available at an additional charge, as quoted.
