Crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, hoppers and structures are fabricated there, which means quarry owners anywhere in Telangana can visit to inspect their machines before dispatch, and spare parts come from the same city as the plant.

Keesara: 150 TPH plant for NHAI expressway aggregates

At Keesara we designed a 150 TPH circuit to supply graded aggregate to NHAI pavement specifications. Hard granite is fed to a primary jaw crusher that reduces it below 140 mm. An SREW Projects S100 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher then shapes the stone, and a 3-deck high-frequency vibrating screen grades it to IRC and NHAI codes before it goes to storage silos. The plant runs with centralized automated operation and has supplied over 4 lakh metric tonnes of certified aggregates for expressways across Telangana.

Singareni Collieries: 250 TPH plant, delivered 2020

For Singareni Collieries we delivered a 250 TPH plant for continuous 24/7 operation. An apron feeder supplies dual heavy-duty toggle jaw crushers, a grizzly bypass sends pre-crushed material straight to the secondary circuit, and an SREW Projects HSI impact crusher does the secondary reduction. Dual 4-deck heavy vibrating screens size the product, and a central PLC panel controls the plant. Manganese liners keep maintenance downtime low, and the bypass channel and dual screens kept output steady through monsoon operations.

Hyderabad: C&D waste recycling

In Hyderabad we also built a 40–50 TPH C&D waste recycling plant with a trommel, magnetic separator, C&D-modified jaw crusher and LPG-fired sand dryer.
