Construction Waste Recycling Plant for Mixed C&D Debris
SREW Projects builds construction waste recycling plants that take mixed demolition debris (concrete, brick, mortar, soil, steel and light waste), sort it, crush it and turn it into recycled aggregate and sand. Our 40–50 TPH plant in Hyderabad is in operation.

Why mixed debris needs a different plant
Mixed construction waste is not clean rock. A truckload from a demolition site can carry broken concrete, bricks, plaster, soil, reinforcement bars, wood, plastic and cloth. A normal stone crusher plant will choke on the soil, tangle on the steel and produce contaminated aggregate. A construction waste recycling plant adds a sorting stage in front of the crusher so that only mineral material is crushed, and the steel is recovered for sale.
This page covers plants for mixed debris, typically for municipal bodies, smart city projects and demolition contractors. If your feed is mostly clean concrete (slabs, pavements, precast rejects), see our concrete recycling plant page instead.
Process flow
- Receiving and pre-sorting: debris is tipped into a pre-sorting hopper, and oversized wood, plastic and cloth are picked out.
- Trommel classifier: a rotating drum removes mud, soil, wood bits and light waste.
- Magnetic separation: an inline cross-belt magnetic separator pulls out reinforcement steel for separate recycling.
- Crushing: a C&D-modified jaw crusher breaks concrete and masonry. An impact crusher can be added for better particle shape.
- Screening: a vibrating screen separates recycled sand and aggregate fractions.
- Drying (optional): a sand dryer brings recycled sand down to the moisture that dry-mix buyers need.
Reference plant: Hyderabad, 40–50 TPH
Our Hyderabad C&D recycling project follows this flow: pre-sorting hopper, trommel, high-intensity cross-belt magnetic separator, SREW Projects heavy C&D-modified jaw crusher and an LPG-fired SREW Projects sand dryer. The dryer takes processed sand below 1% moisture, which let the client supply dry-mix packaging firms in Hyderabad as well as selling recycled aggregate for construction.
Machines and published prices
| Machine | Role | Price (ex-works Hyderabad) |
|---|---|---|
| Grizzly feeder (50–150 TPH) | Feeds debris and lets soil and fines bypass the crusher | ₹5,00,000 + GST |
| Jaw crusher 24x15 (20–60 TPH) | Primary crushing of concrete, brick and masonry | ₹8,50,000 + GST |
| Hydraulic impact crusher (50–75 TPH) | Secondary crushing to cubical recycled aggregate | ₹10,50,000 + GST |
| Vibrating screen (3-deck, 100–200 TPH) | Splits recycled sand and aggregate sizes | ₹7,00,000 + GST |
| Belt conveyor | Links machines and stockpiles | ₹28,000 per metre + GST |
| Sand dryer (5–20 TPH) | Dries recycled sand for dry-mix products | ₹13,00,000 + GST |
| Trommel and magnetic separator | Remove soil, light waste and reinforcement steel | Quoted with the plant |
A complete construction waste recycling plant is priced on request, because the sorting stage depends on how mixed your debris is. For a budgeting walkthrough, read our C&D waste recycling plant cost guide.
What the recycled products are used for
Recycled coarse aggregate is commonly used for sub-base, backfill, pathways and non-structural concrete; recycled fine material goes into blocks, pavers and, once dried, dry-mix products. Recovered steel is sold as scrap. Check the specification your buyer or authority requires before you fix product sizes, and tell us so we can size the screens to match.
Buying and installation
Plants are built at our Hyderabad works and installed across India. Dispatch is 6–30 days from order for standard machines; freight is quoted in writing and installation and commissioning are charged separately. Warranty is 6–12 months by product, excluding wear parts. See also our main C&D waste recycling plant page.

Frequently asked questions
What can a construction waste recycling plant process?
Mixed demolition debris such as concrete, brick, mortar and plaster. Soil, light waste and steel are separated before crushing.
What is the price of a construction waste recycling plant?
Complete plants are priced on request. Individual machines are published, for example a jaw crusher 24x15 at ₹8,50,000 + GST and a 3-deck vibrating screen at ₹7,00,000 + GST.
Have you built a C&D recycling plant?
Yes. A 40–50 TPH C&D waste recycling plant with a sand dryer in Hyderabad.
How is it different from a concrete recycling plant?
A construction waste plant adds a trommel, magnet and pre-sorting for mixed debris. A concrete recycling plant handles mostly clean concrete and focuses on crushing and grading.
